Geoff was in a nearby café talking to Chloe. Firstly he apologised for the fact he had been so arrogant and brash in their early marriage. "Could we try again?" he asked , beseechingly. "I have changed so much. Jesus has changed my life."
His wife pondered his words. As far as she was concerned, Jesus was only a word to her, but she could see that her husband was clearly a totally different person. People could not change like that. Perhaps there was a God after all.
Looking up into Geoff's sincere eyes, she nodded. "Take it slow. We will see. As Angel and you are anchored here, I will stay for a while in a motel, but if it doesn't work, I will definitely return home."
